Honey... Did We Invite Our CIG Insurance Advisor to the Wedding? Winter 2009 Issue
Just Married! Months of phone calls, picking out flowers, sending invitations, setting up reservations, and getting everyone where they need to be when they need to be there. Whew! It all comes together on one important, wonderful day. Yet, in all the craziness, did you remember to invite your CIG Insurance Advisor to the wedding?
Life happens and, as your insurance partner, our goal is to make sure your insurance protection keeps pace with the day-to-day buying or changes that affect you and your family. Marriage, building a new home, or purchasing or selling a car, your CIG Insurance Advisor (your agent) is there to make sure there are no surprises when you need us the most.
- Did you move? Our goal is to make sure your insurance program moves right along with you. We'll review your premiums and make sure your bills, premium refunds, or claim payments are sent on time and to the right place.
- Just married? As a new member of our insurance family, we want to make sure we help you merge your new partner's insurance needs with yours. We'll make any name changes, expand Home or Auto coverage, address any special insurance needs to help insure your most cherished property, such as your wedding rings.
- Daughter or son starts to drive? Learning to drive is an exciting time for your son or daughter, but is also an anxious time for us parents. Sitting down with your CIG Insurance Advisor gives us the opportunity to discuss safety, offer coverage and premium-saving options, and review the impact of their driving on insurance premiums. Best of all, we don't start rating for young drivers until they get their actual license.
- Add an addition on to your home? For most of us, our home is one of the most valuable assets we own. Whether you add on to your home or make modest renovations like remodeling your kitchen, the amount it costs to rebuild could significantly change over time. Make sure you're fully protected by contacting your CIG Insurance Advisor. He/she can help you estimate what it would take to rebuild after a fire or other unforeseen event that severely damages your beautiful home.
- Death in the family? At this moment, we want to make sure your account can be effectively managed by your surviving spouse, family members or executor to prevent delays in processing changes or handling claims.
When life happens, give your CIG Insurance Advisor a call. We can't coordinate your wedding, but we can make sure your insurance protection keeps pace to meet your continuously changing needs.
