CIG is pleased to announce the release of improvements to our Online Policy program. We've enhanced all of the billing screens, expanded the claim screens, and enhanced the online payment-processing features outlined below.
New Billing Online Features
- Real-time display of transactions completed on your account
- Easy-to-read account summary
- Clearly identify accounts set for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
New Claim Online Features
- Real-time display of your claims
- Expanded claim detail to show status of the claim and each coverage that is open, closed or paid
- Display adjuster's name and contact information by coverage
New Online Payment Features
- Revised check-by-web and credit-card entry page for ease of use
- Improved availability and transition times between screens
Other New Features
- Display Billing and Claim information in PDF format for ease of printing, saving, and distributing
- Links to the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Account Transfer forms from the main menu on the Policy Summary page
- Ability to print a PDF copy of your policy or Declarations page issued in the past two years
