CIG's New Payment OptionsMaking It Even Easier to Pay Your Premium Spring 2008 Issue
Capital Insurance Group wants to make sure that paying your insurance premium is quick and easy. That's why CIG has expanded the many ways that we will accept premium payments.
Do you pay all of your monthly bills by credit card? CIG now accepts credit card payments by phone for all Personal Lines payments and for full payment on Commercial Lines policies. Also, we are putting the final touches on our online credit card payment application. In the very near future, you will be able to log onto our Website and pay your premiums.
Do you make all of your payments through your bank's bill-pay system? CIG is now accepting payments directly from your bank to ours. In many cases paper checks have been eliminated, and the funds are moved between banks. This reduces the chance that a payment will be lost in the mail.
If you prefer to have your premium installments drafted from your checking account automatically, CIG offers no fees on recurring payments by Electronic Funds Transfer.
CIG also has the ability to accept checks by phone payments. For those who prefer mailing in your payments, don't worry; we will continue to accept and process paper checks received through the mail.
