As mentioned in our Spring 2008 edition, CIG's online "Pay My Bill" feature is up and running on our Website, www.ciginsurance.com.
You are now able to review policy information online as well as pay your Personal and Commercial Lines policy premiums using your Visa or MasterCard credit card or your debit card.
In the two months since we instated the online "Pay My Bill" and policy-access features, we have received an enormous amount of positive feedback from our policy clients. Since its inception, more than 12,000 CIG policy clients have registered on our Website and begun to take advantage of these convenient and time-saving additions. To date, we have processed more than 2,600 debit and credit card transactions!
After a brief, one-time account registration process, policy clients are able to review their policy information and, of course, pay insurance premiums by using the "Pay My Bill" feature. All Commercial Lines premium payments may only be paid in full; however, Personal Lines payments may be paid in installments or in full.
